We are pleased to confirm that we are expanding our wraparound care to enable us to also offer Breakfast and After school places from 25 April for parents with pupils in Nursery.
Along with providing a great wraparound care provision for all of our nursery and school pupils and support for our parents, we also want to make this a quick and easy provision for parents to book, pay for and manage.
We are very excited to be introducing School Gateway – a parent engagement app that will allow you to view, book and pay for Wraparound care (Breakfast & After-school club) at any time from anywhere.
The School Gateway has gone live today - for all permanent club bookings and payments for Next terms Wraparound care sessions (25 April -27 May).

Your login details must match your email address and mobile number the school currently has registered for you. So please make sure the details we hold for you are up to date. You can check and change these details by sending an email to office@stael.smccat.org.uk or calling us on 01904 806075.
Each session will show what availability there is and is capped at what sessions we can offer for each club per day. Permanent places are offered as a priority and are on a first come first served basis.
Permanent Bookings are open now until midnight Monday 4 April
Payment for these permanent bookings need to have been fully paid by midnight Monday 4 April. Any pre-booked sessions where a successful payment has not been paid - will be removed automatically.
From Tuesday 5 April - bookings will then change to a "book and pay" facility, whereby: an available session is booked and a successful payment is made.
We will follow this principle for all future terms going forward.
Attached is a Wraparound Care Information sheet - which holds further information, links to guides and videos along with key information on how this will work for those parents that use childcare vouchers or the government childcare scheme.
Parent pay remains to be the school platform for all of our communications and lunches, this will not change. We would encourage any parent who does not have an active Parent Pay account to get their account activated, to ensure all communications are received, including when we confirm the next terms Wraparound care sessions are available on School Gateway. For those parents who do not have an activated Parent pay account - will will be in contact with you to try and support this.
Wraparound care booking and payments up to and including Friday 8 April (last day of this current term) will remain on Parentpay. Any outstanding balances owed on Parent pay up to and including 8 April will need to be settled on parent pay. Any credit balances on Parent Pay as at 9 April on wraparound care sessions will be transferred over to School comms account.
